Although the guesthouse is only a few steps away from the cathedral of San Giorgio as well as the historic main street, it lies in a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood.. The house itself results from a restructuring of two buildings: The first, originating back to the early XIX century, provides the dining room, a spacious hall with mural decorations, a courtyard rich with flowers and plants and a lovely terrace. The second building, of younger origin, contains the bright and friendly rooms with bath, each with a wonderful view over one of the oldest parts of the town.

Modica lies at the center of the iblean territory, ideal for day trips to the neighboring towns and touristical sites, nature reserves and archeological objects. The mediterranean sea is just 15 kilometers away, where visitors can choose from a selection of enchanting beaches. Nature and sport lovers can experience the untamed beauty of the iblean landscape during canyon hiking trips, relaxing bicycle rides and beautiful and demanding mountain bike tours.
